①加油時，應無壓力進行。作業(yè)前應將平口攪拌車周圍的灰塵等雜物清理干凈，以免進入注油器。

②注油器內的潤滑油為普通柴油機油，可使用粘度為2.5-7度的潤滑油或工業(yè)40#油。儲油杯中的油應及時更換。儲油杯容量以100ml計算，使用100小時為宜。

定期清洗空氣平口攪拌車的濾芯。由于濾芯太臟，進入壓縮機氣缸的空氣中含有過多的灰塵，會加速氣缸和活塞環(huán)的磨損，容易形成積碳，影響氣閥的密封性能；會造成拉缸和竄氣，造成潤滑油污染，影響潤滑效果；當氣體被竄氣時，也會出現(xiàn)油污現(xiàn)象。如果氣缸壁與活塞環(huán)之間的間隙過大，受污染的潤滑油就會進入壓縮室。并形成油霧，污染壓縮空氣。
