順酐裝置中，工藝過程使用的水都必須是鉀、鈉離子含量小于3ppm的脫鹽水。每天都應(yīng)定時檢測粗順酐儲罐和工藝水儲罐中的粗馬來酐和工藝水中的鉀、鈉離子含量。

如果粗順酐儲罐的粗順酐中鉀、鈉離子超3ppm，則應(yīng)嚴格監(jiān)視蒸餾釜內(nèi)的溫度進行蒸餾操作，完成本批精制作業(yè)后立即清洗系統(tǒng)。
